The Ministry of Communications would like to raise their concern around transferring pages from the SCISSOR protocols of the Consciousness into HTML and HTTP.

Due to the security systems of the Consciousness and the archaic absurdly convoluted² nature of its markup language, we are aware that it is of great difficulty to safely and accurately translate into the language of the modern Internet. Webmasters are encouraged required² to brace themselves, not to panic and to keep a stiff upper lip.

On the bright side, if you can figure it out, you're probably getting a job from us for life.¹
